- It is still where local institutions go because that is where the locals are.

## Near deaths
- Cambridge Analytica. iOS tracking changes. TikTok eating attention. The feed got older and more Groups-and-Marketplace.
- The metaverse spend was a near-death of narrative. Reality Labs did not kill the ads business.

## What would finish it
- Young people never signing up, plus regulators taking the WhatsApp/Instagram bundle. The blue app is already not the growth story.
