- Enterprises do not migrate issue trackers. They hire admins.
- The workflow engine is a trap and a moat. Once your process lives there, it is a fossil layer.
- Atlassian bundled it with the rest of the work OS.

## Near deaths
- Every 'we moved to Linear/Shortcut/GitHub Issues' blog post. The Fortune 500 did not read it.

## What would finish it
- A forced unbundle from Atlassian plus a migration tool that is not a two-year program. Unlikely.
