- Maciej Ceglowski runs it like a utility: paid, small, sarcastic, still there.
- Delicious died as a product. Pinboard was the lifeboat and then the home.
- No growth. No feed. Bookmarks as bookmarks. The constraint is the brand.

## Near deaths
- Every 'we'll just use Raindrop / Arena / a Notion DB' wave. The people who wanted Pinboard still want Pinboard.

## What would finish it
