Skype founders, 2010 to 2015. Still the streaming service people mean when they say they miss a product.

## Why it lasted
- The best music social network of its moment. Heavy design, heavy taste, light catalog muscle.

## Near deaths
- Spotify had the cachet of piracy-to-legal and the playlist graph. Rdio had the friends.

## What would finish it
- Bankruptcy, 2015. Pandora bought the assets. The app died. The people went to Spotify.
